1010 Brickell condos is a 48-story luxury high-rise in Miami’s Brickell financial district that was completed in 2017. Designed by Sieger-Suarez, developed by Key International and engineering by Paramount, 1010 Brickell has 389 condo units ranging from studios to 3-bedroom residences. We provided complete end-to-end consulting, testing and inspection of the building and its components.
