As a Project Executive, Carlos Fernandez de Castro oversees one of Paramount’s construction administration teams. He started as an inspector and quickly advanced to his current role. Throughout his career, Carlos has earned more than 30 professional qualifications and certifications in below-grade and above-grade waterproofing and structural glazing, among others. He is an expert in glass and glazing inspections, forensic investigation, construction administration, roofing/waterproofing and building envelope inspections. In fact, he served as a full-time building envelope consultant to One Thousand Museum – a landmark Miami condo tower. Carlos earned his degree in electrical engineering before relocating to Florida from the Dominican Republic.
