As the manager of Paramount’s forensics department, Martin Morales has been a valuable part of the team for more than a decade. He possesses excellent knowledge of building envelope and engineering issues, component failures, water intrusion and more, and he is an expert in relevant industry specifications and guidelines. In his capacity as manager, he interfaces with a wide range of clients and customers, guiding processes, writing proposals, creating scopes of work and managing budgets. He oversees the entire lifecycle of a forensic engagement, from first contact to final report. Martin holds a Building Envelope Certification from the Building Envelope Science Institute, a Construction Management Certification from the Columbia University Emeritus Program, and degrees in both business management and business administration.
