Paramount is an 18-story high-rise with 95 luxury condominium units that range in size from 1,403 to 5,987 sf. It opened in 2017 on the Ft. Lauderdale oceanfront and offers amenities such as an elevated outdoor pool with cabanas, a fitness center, clubroom, concierge service and more. From the highly engineered amenities to its generously sized terraces and extensive use of glass, Paramount presented our team with a range of modern engineering challenges.
