Completed in 2012, the $22 million Doral Government Center is a 3-story, 60,000 sf complex built by Flagler Construction. At double the size of Doral’s old city hall, the new Government Center ushered in the next era in governance for this fast growing city. The LEED silver-certified building houses a 250-space parking garage, cultural even spaces, training facilities, commercial offices and more. In 2016, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International recognized Doral Government Center as its ‘Outstanding Building of the Year’ in the government category.
