Palazzo Del Sol spans a 7+ acre site on exclusive Fisher Island, a private enclave off the tip of South Beach accessible only by auto ferry or private vessel. The building features 47 residences houses in a new 10-story building designed by Kobi Karp and brought to life by PDS Development. Its ultra-luxury residences range from 3 to 7 bedrooms with 3,700 to 9,700 sf. of living space, open-air terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass and more. Inspired by the island’s traditional Mediterranean aesthetics but informed by very modern engineering, Palazzo Del Sol was both a privilege and a challenge for Paramount. We provided the team with comprehensive engineering consulting, including testing, inspections and more, and we’re proud to have been entrusted with such an exclusive project.
