Located on its own private peninsula, Marina Palms is comprised of two 25-story towers flanking the first new private marina built in Miami in decades. Each tower features premium finishes, upgraded amenities and more, with floor-to-ceiling glass offering views over the marina on one side and a pristine nature preserve on the other. Paramount worked closely with the architect and main engineering team to ensure that the project came to life correctly. With two towers, a full-service marina, expansive amenities decks and more, the site required deep engineering expertise.
