Completed in 2016, The Lennar Foundation Medical Center in Coral Gables is part of the University of Miami’s extension health system. Designed by Perkins + Will, this 200,000 sf, LEED-certified outpatient facility is situated on the University’s Coral Gables campus and provides easy access to UHealth’s leading physicians for students, faculty, staff and surrounding communities. It also houses world-renowned practices such as the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. Paramount provided the developer, architect and contractor with extensive inspections, testing and consulting services to make sure the center exceeded all expectations and LEED requirements.
