Met 3 began life nearly a decade ago as a planned component of downtown Miami’s Met complex. The fallout from the financial crisis halted construction when it was just a foundation, but today Met 3 is finished and has been reborn as Monarc at Met 3. MDM Development and ZOM partnered with Suffolk Construction and Paramount to finalize this 32-story mixed-used tower roughly 4 years after construction began.
