One Thousand Museum

One Thousand Museum is the most significant and challenging project to date in Paramount’s extensive portfolio. Capped off by a one-of-a-kind rooftop helipad, this 62-story high-rise condo in downtown Miami stands just over 709 feet, making it on of the tallest buildings in the city, and its 170 ft auger-cast piles are the deepest in the county. Located across from Museum Park at 1000 Biscayne Blvd, the tower was designed by Pritzker Prize -winning architect Zaha Hadid. Its exotic, curving exoskeleton reinforces the building’s structure and allows the design the have fewer interior columns. To meet the architect’s vision for an ultra-smooth finish, the building features extensive glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) forms. Paramount provided the developer, architect, contractor and structural engineers with extensive inspections, testing and consulting services to make sure this radical tower exceeded all expectations.
