Regalia is a unique property with manly high-level engineering challenges. It is 46 stories tall and directly on the ocean, with one residence per floor. This features along present glazing, waterproofing, and environmental challenges, but its unique, undulating design required the advanced skills that only Paramount can provide. Today, Regalia is one of South Florida’s most iconic and successful condo projects.
