The Fitzgerald represents one Paramount’s earliest projects in Tampa, a market where our business continues to grow. This large Art Deco inspired rental project features 12 floor plans, floor-to-ceiling glass, extensive common spaces, and elevated resort-styled pool deck and other engineering challenges. Paramount provided MSA and the developer with world-class inspections, testing and consulting services to make sure the Fitzgerald exceeded all expectations.
